Synergism: (noun) 1. the interaction of elements that when combined produce a total effect that is greater than the sum of the individual elements, contributions, etc.
God continues to show us in many ways that this project has been on his heart for I-35 for many years. We have received reports from as far back as 38 years of God speaking this vision to people to begin to intercede over the highway. The Light The Highway project has opened many doors and people have begun mobilizing to fulfill God's destiny. Our desire is to share these accounts with you so that your faith will increase in God's strategy and purpose for revival in America and around the world.

A Call To Intercession
September 4th, in our weekly staff prayer meeting, God brought to our attention all the incidents of bloodshed that have taken place all along I-35. Many of you are familiar with some of these tragedies:
- San Antonio: 1836 Remember the Alamo
- Austin: University of Texas tower shooting on August 1, 1966 (16 dead)
- Waco: 1993 Branch Davidian conflagration (79+ dead)
- Dallas: 1963 Assassination of John F. Kennedy
- Oklahoma City: 1995 bombing and collapse of the Alfred P. Murrah federal building (168 dead, 853 injured)
- Wichita: 2000 Wichita Horror (4 tortured and killed)
- Wichita: The BTK serial killer (10+ dead) 1974-2005
- Kansas City: 2007 Shopping Mall shooting (3 dead)
- Mason City, Iowa: 1993 5 people murdered by the first woman on death row since 1953
- Minneapolis: August 1, 2007 bridge collapse
Remembering these tragedies brought to our attention the need for repentance and healing to occur along I-35. On August 15, 2006, Cindy Jacobs declared this over the cities of I-35, "This is a time of uprooting of the ancient things in my cities that have stopped My glory and power from manifesting. Uproot corruption, pornography, abortion, homosexuality, terrorism, violence and any other thing that opposes My will." Click here to read the entire Royal road for His glory prophecy.
Pray for God to remove the roots of violence in your city. Repent on behalf of the bloodshed that has occurred and ask for God’s cleansing and forgiveness to cover the land. Let’s prepare the highway for our God!
Argyle, TX
God recently moved my family to Argyle (yeah, I had never heard of it either) TX about 3 months ago! When I got here from California I was a little uncertain that We had heard God correctly. Then one day as I was riding my bike and praying God told me to stop and as I did - I noticed a historical plaque under a tree - as I began to read, it spoke of a man named Hardin Johns who in the late 1800's to early 1900's held 10 day camp meeting(brush harbor) and dug a well to allow weary travelers and camp meeting folks to come be refreshed - the well serviced the area until 1963-ish! As I read this - God began to speak to me about the spiritual heritage in the area - that a heavenly door was open when the well was dug and a mantle has been passed down from generation to generation - This well(and my house) sit at the 35 overpass - It is no considence that We moved here, more specifically to this area - As I have been canvassing the area and praying over the valley - I believe God has asked specifically if we would be the generation who would take up the mantle and assume the responsiblity and blessing that go with it. The ground has been dug spiritually here - We are standing on the shoulders of prayers from the past - I believe this is meant be a place of Divine Visitation if we will continue to humble ourselves,repent and seek God in prayer and fasting

We live in Georgetown TX which is just North of Austin. We live in a neighborhood just off of I-35, so we travel on I-35 sometimes as much as 10 times a day! Three or four years ago I began noticing a spirit of intercession would come on me whenever I was driving on I-35. Most of the time I would pray in the Spirit because I didn't really know what I was praying for. Then other times I prayed against big strongholds such as pornography, materialism, etc. The truckers also seemed to get a lot of prayer, wouldn't it be something if truckers became carriers of His glory up and down I-35?! It's as if a shift takes place whenever I enter I-35 and I become alert in the Spirit. Many times the intercession has been so immediate and intense that I begin crying or shouting my prayers as soon as I enter I-35 (even if my mind was only thinking about what's for supper tonight!) as if I'd been travailing for awhile. I-35 is a real hot zone!
I was so glad to have "accidentally" stumbled across this website, for it explains everything!! It is nice to know that we have been united with the same Spirit and same purpose for years and didn't even know it! I am eagerly anticipating the fruit of all this!

Manfried
In 1979, I began ministry in Europe and Scandinavia. During this time I became associated with a man named John MacFarlane who lived in Germany. John was a teacher and pastor of a fellowship when we met. It was though a prophetic word that I had given to him, and confirming what he felt God had spoken, he left his teaching position and went into ministry full time. This was rather rare at the time as many leaders in Germany were still employed, as well as having a church or ministry. Prophetic words were still relatively “new” in Europe.
It was indirectly though John, that I met a man named Manfried (I do not remember his last name and John has since died and even though I tried I was unable to find out this information.) Manfried had a dream that was repeated several times and John told him there was a lady from America who was a prophet that might help him.
Floyd and I were visiting Germany in 1983 and were staying in the home of some friends. One afternoon Manfried showed up at the door after having walked approximately 18 miles because “he heard that the lady was there that might help him with his dream.”
He had a piece of paper that had an unusual line drawn on it with X’s maked in places on the line. Later I was to learn that it was almost the exact layout of Interstate 35 from Texas to Minnesota and the X’s were major cities along the route.
Super imposed over this was a large shield and to the side of the line were little shields with the number 35 in the center of them. The large on encased the whole line. (I could fax you what it looked like.) He said that the x’s had to do with some kind of redemption dealing with death. At the time, I had no idea of what it meant.
In 1984 we moved to Germany and had contact with Manfried on a fairly regular basis. On afternoon he and John had lunch with us. We had invited John and his family to come to America and we talking about America and where he would speak. It was than that Manfried asked if we would mind driving over to Toronto to see a relative or friend as he had no conception of the distance.
Floyd then got out a US map and to show Manfried how far away Toronto was and a Texas map to show him where we lived. He then asked where Dallas was and how far away we lived from there. When Floyd showed him on the map, he started shouting, “That’s it, that’s what I saw.” Reaching into his pocket he pulled out his wallet what he had shown us several years before.
It was the Shield on a US map that has the number 35 in the center that attracted his attention. In examining the line and the x’s on the paper we began to seen they were major cities along route 35. He said the markings on his map were cities that had been known world wide for death situations. He said some had not yet happened. I thought of Mansfried later with Waco with the Branch Dividians and again with the Oklahoma bombing.
Where the x’s were on the map Manfried had he said they were like God came down with a branding iron and when it came down they started a fire. He called it fire for God.
Manfried and/or John said that this was a very significant place in the US as a bench mark of what God was going to concerning revival.

This is a testimony of the appointed time of Light the Highway. I had a dream about six months before anyone announced the vision of Light the Highway on I-35, or at least before I heard of it. In that dream I was with thousands of people in a line flying right over I-35 in Dallas, Texas. We were going right past Christ for the Nations Institute on Kiest Blvd. As we were flying, a man that I had never seen before was there encouraging our prayers and travail. He kept saying, "don't give up!" and "be watchful and don't be distracted!" I looked at the line and there were people as far as I could see in front and behind me. Some were praying, others were laughing, crying and kneeling in mid air. Every so often there would be a loud booming sound. When I looked to my left to see what the sound was I saw large black figures that I knew were strongholds of the city. The sound came as they would blow up and disappear. The more we prayed the more the principalities and powers dissipated. As I was observing this I went from uncontrollable crying to uncontrollable laughter! The man that acted as our prayer coach would count down every time a dark force was triumphed and he would continue to speak to us, telling us what and how to pray. This man had silver hair and a strong face. I have to admit, at times I felt exhausted but as soon as I asked the Lord for strength to finish his work he gave it to me immediately.
I woke up asking God what I needed to do concerning I-35. When I first heard about Light the Highway I was so excited because I knew how to do my part. I shared this with my husband and we are very excited for what God id doing and what he will continue to do. God is truly assembling the watchmen for a time such as this. I know with the power of the Holy Spirit being our coach and the strength of the Lord, the principalities and powers along the I-35 highway will dissipate in Jesus Name!

Vision of Jesus walking along I-35 bringing revival
Shalom...my wife and I are ministers here in the DFW region and we thank the Lord for all the pioneers who have faithfully watched and prayed & prophesied the coming revivals. We thank the Lord for Cindy & Mike Jacobs' and her staff's obedience to return to DFW region and redig the revival wells of Isaiah 35 all over the USA through "Light the Highway" prayer movement. I shared this vision with Cindy and members of her ministry team back when were we were serving on Daystar TV management staff.
My prayer journal entry was dated June 1, 2004, it was 4am and I saw the Lord walking along I-35 into downtown Dallas, Texas. He stood by the Reunion Tower and Arena next to I-35 and began callling out words of love and encouragement (in Hebrew) to His body and bride, (the Church) that was living throughout the area. He was wearing a prayer shawl (talit) with a "Star of David" over his head. He skin was like blazing bronze and His eyes were full of pure light and fire and a brilliant light eminated from his nail scarred hands and feet.
At first the Church did not understand or recognize that He was our Messiah (because He looked and sounded very Jewish). When the (gentiles?) Church finally recognized Him as Yeshua (Jesus) their Messiah they came running quickly together to worship (gentiles and jews!) and love on the Lord. His people were miraculously healed, there were tears of joy and forgiveness and there was a new unity as they began to love one another like never before.
As they loved and held onto Him, His body began to grow in a new glory and power. It was a beauty and power never before seen here on earth. His eyes were full of powerful love and tenderness, as He seemed to gaze right through us into our hearts. He had an understanding of our deepest longings, hurts, dreams and desires. All the hurts and pains were suddenly removed and we were made completely whole in His presence.
Yeshua began to tower over all the tallest skyscrapers and buildings in downtown Dallas. There was a continous beautiful glow and brilliant, glorious light streaming from and surrounding His body as He grew taller and taller. Then He gazed around to watch everyone as they were totally unaware of His presence and going about their busy, daily lives.
Suddenly I heard the word “irresistible” and felt an overpowering and compelling love, grace, mercy and forgiveness emanating from Him. He spread out his nail-scarred hands toward the city and began to walk through the streets with his beautiful nail scarred feet, which were as wide as the highways by then. As He walked little (evil) creatures ran away from His glowing presence, they were like little cockroaches (I believe these were demonic forces & strongholds).
The marketplace came alive as people emptied out of the buildings and skyscrapers in the middle of the day. People came running from all over the region and city, and the streets broke out in weeping and crying out for mercy and forgiveness. Then all along I-35 and the highways in DFW a great spiritual awakening broke out. There were amazing and miraculous healings as believers prayed and eyes, ears and limbs were growing back. Believers saw people being ressurected from the dead. There was singing and shouting as the whole region came to life!
After Yeshua walked throughout the DFW Metroplex He began walking to the surrounding cities, and sent teams of messengers out like town criers to tell their cities to get ready for Him. He sent teams out to wake up America and then He sent teams out to wake up the nations. He told us to tell everyone that He was coming to visit every community, town and city in America and worldwide.

I am a student leader in my church's youth group in North Richland Hills, TX. We have been praying for a name for our youth group for months, and for my youth pastor I believe it was more like a year. Finally, we felt like the Lord was calling us to name our youth group I-35 because of the powerful scripture in Isaiah 35. This was before any of us had heard ANYTHING about the I-35 prophecies. After stumbling upon this website, I think you would agree this was definitely not a mistake. We are right outside the Ft. Worth area and just minutes away from Interstate 35. We are desperate for the Lord's power and are continually pursuing the outpouring of His spirit. I will keep checking the website for any updates as we are eager to see how the Lord is and is going to move.

My name is Harvey Keil. I attended a Spiritual warfare conference held last fall in North Dallas. While attending, Cindy Jacobs called me down from the audience and began to prophecy over me saying that my friend and I were to be sky riders and we would write God's Name in the sky. She then said that I would be riding up and down I-35 and interceding for this highway of Holiness. That day she confirmed what God had put on my heart to do for all of 2007. As of today, my wife, Monica, and I have made two trips down to Nuevo Laredo, Mexico and have seen countless people saved, healed, and set free. God has also used us to start a prayer group in Nuevo Laredo that is praying for revival in that city and the United States. We left Sunday, August 5th, to ride north to Highway 90 and then west to the big bike rally in Sturgis, SD and then up to Winnipeg, Canada. From there we turned Southeast to arrive in Duluth, MN, picked up the ride on I-35 and rode back south to the Dallas area and while praying all the way. We have a trip planned for October to ride the total length one more time before the end of the year. God always blesses us as we ride and uses us mightily for His glory. We would covet your prayers for us as we go and shake the gates of hell in the name of Jesus and demand that Satan release his hold on the captives.

After the Out of the Box conference I shared my story about the Mayor of Laredo and how we spoke about Prayer in his office with Hector. I also shared the story of Cedar Hill with him.
Hector Lee Patino recently came back to Laredo from Dallas where he completed a Masters in Theology and was invited by our office to participate on a trip to Austin to advocate for a Housing Project that is going to be built on his side of town. He actually spoke to the Texas Department of Housing board to plead for this project and reminded them they were not only appointed by Gov't but were also appointed by God to make wise decisions.
He recently organized his father's congregation in a community fair where the church was serving the less fortunate.
Well, he also organized a dinner for Pastors to ask it they would be willing to form a coalition to get more involved in the community and participate in county, city and state government to advocate for our communities by supporting existing projects and just doing more for the communities around our churches.
He invited me and Louis Escareno an attorney that served in the White House for Hispanic Affairs (he is a good friend of our office and he represents the company who is spearheading the housing project in Laredo). I spoke about Transforming and Reforming our cities and state governments and shared a little about Cedar Hill and My Mayor's story. Louis shared different stories about how other groups with other agendas have been successful in being a voice in their communities and how the church could also be a force and even spearhead programs such as Drug Rehabs and such. There were about 7 Pastors that came together and said they would be interested in being a part of this coalition. Hector and I are scheduled to meet again next week to discuss how we can form this coalition and if we can get ideas from other cities that have done this like Cedar Hill.

The Lord said, I will use this city to turn around, and set a spark that will burn all up 35, and it will join with other sparks-New Braunfels, Austin, Waco, all the way up, even the little cities-Buda, West, where sparks of My Glory will unite and become-and it will be a rolling thing and it will happen fast. Be careful says the Lord that you don't take credit for it. Be careful My friends, My Bride, that you don't take credit for starting a fire. Remember, the dove and the pigeon are not divided-they will move as one united body. The Lord said, this day I am bringing together, with days of the past, to reach to the future, that a hunger for My word will be instilled with the people of this city. A hunger for My word-and I am going to bring those people forward, who teach My word and not My traditions. For what was once My word yesterday has become traditions today, and has become doctrines of today. Know that you live in this city and operate in this city by divine plan and purpose. Be prepared for both good and bad, but know that I am your shield and your rearguard and I would say to you, do not, do not, Do Not, be afraid. Do not be afraid.

I live on I-35 in Waco along with my wife. The Lord led me to pray along I-35 in Waco back in 1969 and especially for Baylor University which is located on I-35. After praying and fasting over a period of a year the Lord spoke to me that I would live to see revival around the world using young people.
In 1977 we opened a business on I-35 and in that facility we had a coffee house ministry aimed at Baylor. The Lord gave me Isaiah 35 and spoke to me about a highway of holiness.
In 1986 I opened another business on I-35 which was a golf driving range and golf club manufacturing facility. The Lord blessed us in that business and sent us to Israel in 1998 where we built a golf facility up in the hills of Samaria in a small Jewish town where we are still ministering the love of Jesus to the local Jews and Arabs.
The Lord spoke to me to bring bottled water out of Jericho to the U.S. and other countries and that it was to be used for evangelist purposes. Our first containers of water will be arriving in Texas around the middle of October.
